As a brand photographer, one of the things I enjoy most is working with thoughtful, purpose-led businesses and discovering the stories behind the work they do.

Many of the people I photograph are in the middle of a shift - refining their message, stepping into a new chapter of their business, or finding clearer ways to share the work they feel called to do.

It turns out that's the case for many women in business, as I discovered when I met mindset coach Nicola Pope at my recent The BRAND Refresh session...

For mindset coach Nicola Pope, that moment came after years of being the capable one. The dependable one. The person who kept everything moving.

But when the pace finally slowed, something else appeared... space to think.

Nicola now supports women who feel that same quiet nudge. Women who have built successful careers but sense there may be a more aligned way to lead, live and contribute.

Having navigated her own career pivots and stepped away from the traditional 9–5, Nicola understands the courage it takes to listen to the inner voice that says there might be more for me than this.

Through her work - and as co-founder of The Thought Shift Podcast - she guides women to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters, helping them move towards roles defined by purpose and clarity.
